In keeping with the company’s CSR venture to voluntarily contribute to a better society and cleaner environment, an unanimous decision was made to sponsor the jerseys of a team of aspiring players belonging to the Kandana Football Club at their inaugural match against the Colombo Java Lane Football Club for the Lanka Samaranayake Memorial Shield.

A special event was held at the BMICH conference room on the 8th of June 2015 to mark the ” 2015 Re-Take the Maritime Silk Route,” fleet which docked at the Colombo Port. ‘Ceylon Kisses,’ was part of the special tea ceremony which was organized to demonstrate the charm of the two traditional tea cultures of China and Sri Lanka and their bi-lateral trade relationship which dates back many centuries.
